We are dedicated to ensuring all our clients have access to all of our services at the most competitive prices.
Your Responsibilities:
As an employer, landlord or letting agent you have a legal duty of care to comply with the current Health and Safety regulations. These regulations state that you are responsible for the prevention of harm coming to your employees, tenants or customers when using electrical equipment provided by you. Regular PAT testing plays an essential part in documenting this duty of care.
Meeting your needs:
Our service is tailored to meet the needs of employers and landlords throughout the North-East of Scotland. We will provide pass/fail test results and completion certificates. All items tested will be marked with pass/fail labels. We will inform you immediately of any items that fail. We understand that you may have a business to run during normal working hours, we will carry out the testing out with normal working hours at no extra cost.
