Inventory/Schedule of Condition

We will compile a precise and detailed Inventory report. Detailing the exact condition of the property and all moveable items and their condition. The digital report will be supported by on average 200 digital photographs. (based on a 2 bedroom apartment)

The Inventory report will help ensure protection to both Landlord and Tenant in the event of any dispute at the end of the tenancy.

We Guarantee that all Inventory reports will be sent electronically within 24 hours of the report being compiled.

The Inventory report can be sent directly to the tenant to digitally sign and add comments and pictures directly on to the report for future reference.
